Pilot programme

The 3-month trial carries no setup fee and no monthly cost — we operate on a pure success-fee basis under the revenue-share tier selected in the Pilot Agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice during the trial.

Revenue share

The school receives the contracted share of programme revenue (15%, 20%, or 25%), reconciled and paid monthly within 30 days of month-end.

Intellectual property

Alumni personal data remains the property of the school. The LegacyLink platform, software and trademarks remain the property of SalesCollab.

Liability

Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
